Pregnancy is a blessing from God. Birth of a new born gives a new life to a women. Most importantly it gives a new title - "Mother" in addition to the other titles which a women holds -"wife", " aunty" etc.
Becoming a mother gives a new life to a women as if she is reborn. Her life changes a lot. The things she used to do earlier are given lesser priority as she has now a new & higher priority to be taken care of & that is her child. A new born brings happiness in the home & changes the way one looks at life.
The feelings of sadness disappear after looking at the face of the child. His smile helps to forget all things. The feeling of holding the child for the first time in hands is just incredible. There are mixed feelings after holding the child - happiness, fear of how to hold him, how to feed him and so on.
Every mother has a different experience and different feelings. The experience of becoming a mom is out of the world.
